Pay for the URLs you crawl. Nothing else.

No plans, seats or renewals. Top up a prepaid wallet and each crawl draws from it. New accounts start with $1.00, about 4,000 URLs.

The price list, and what your crawls would cost

One crawl rate, and 11 add-ons you switch on per crawl. Switch them on here to see an estimate; it uses the same pricing function that bills finished crawls and assumes every crawl reaches its cap, so real bills are usually lower.

Crawl

$0.25 per 1,000 URLs fetched

Every URL fetched: status codes, redirects, titles, meta, directives, hreflang, duplicates, near duplicates, custom search and extraction, segments, sitemaps, visualisations and crawl comparison.

No charge: sitemaps, CSV exports, visualisations, crawl comparison and Sheets exports.

Add-ons

Off unless you switch them on for a crawl. Switch one on here to add it to the estimate.

A worked example

One crawl of a mid-sized shop, start to finish.
10,000-URL crawl at $0.25 per 1,000
10k × $0.25/1k = $2.50
Same crawl with every page rendered
$2.50 + $10.00 = $12.50
Full technical audit: rendering, accessibility, Lighthouse on 25 pages and structured data
  • Crawl: 10,000 × $0.25/1k = $2.50
  • JavaScript rendering: 10,000 × $1.00/1k = $10.00
  • Accessibility audit: 10,000 × $1.50/1k = $15.00
  • Lighthouse and mobile usability: 25 × $4.00/1k = $0.10
  • Structured data validation: 10,000 × $0.50/1k = $5.00
= $32.60
Weekly for a month (4 crawls, no add-ons)
4 × $2.50 = $10.00

The audit line is the most it can cost, assuming every URL is an HTML page; images, scripts and external links are not audited, so real bills are lower. Charges are worked out per unit in whole micro-dollars (250 millionths of a dollar per URL), so a crawl of any size is billed exactly, with no rounding up to the next thousand.

Billing questions

What happens to credit I don't use?
It stays in your wallet for the next crawl. Credit does not expire.
Why is money held when a crawl starts?
So a crawl can never spend more than you have. We reserve the most the crawl could cost: its URL cap at the crawl rate, plus each add-on you switched on at its page limit. When the crawl ends we charge for what was actually done and release the rest of the hold straight away. For example, a crawl capped at 10,000 URLs with no add-ons holds $2.50; if it stops at 3,000 URLs you pay $0.75 and $1.75 is released.
Is there a minimum top-up?
Yes, $5. A single top-up can be up to $1,000.
What if a crawl fails or I cancel it?
You pay only for URLs that were actually fetched before it stopped. Pages blocked by robots.txt and the robots.txt request itself are never charged. You can continue it later from where it stopped: URLs already fetched are not fetched or charged again.
Can I get a refund?
Holds are released automatically, so there is nothing to claim back for crawls that stopped early. For an unused top-up, email [email protected] and we will look at it.
Do I pay for rendering on every page?
Only for pages actually loaded in Chromium, and only when JavaScript rendering is switched on for that crawl. Rendered pages cost $1.25 per 1,000 in total: the crawl rate plus the rendering add-on.
Do add-ons that use my own API key cost twice?
Two different things are paid for. Siteoseo charges the add-on rate for running the work inside your crawl ($0.25 per 1,000 AI prompt runs, $0.25 per 1,000 link-metric lookups). OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, Ahrefs or Majestic bill their API usage to your own account, at their prices. We never mark up or resell their usage.
Are add-ons charged on every URL?
No. Add-ons are off unless you switch them on for a crawl, and each one is charged per unit of work actually done: pages audited, prompts run, URLs inspected. Expensive ones, like Lighthouse, also have their own page limit so they cannot run away on a large crawl.

The full mechanics of holds and charges are in How billing works. Settings that affect cost, like maxUrls, renderJs and each add-on's maxPages, are in the configuration reference.
